He graduated English Medical Faculty at Hacettepe University in 1989. In the same he started the specilization at General Surgery Main Science Branch of Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty. For the period more than three years he worked as the general surgery assistant; he started the specialization at Ear Nose Throat Clinic of Haseki Hospital because of his special interest to the ear, nose and throat branch and completed his specialization successfully.

As the Ear, Nose, Throat expert, he had special education at nose, paranasal sinus diseases, endoscopic sinus surgery, sleep disorders and snoring treatment by Dr. Howard LEVINE well known in the medical world in the United States of America.

He participated in many native-foreign courses and seminars, issued books and articles, arranged an international congress about endoscopic sinus surgery.

He is a member of "Doctor’s Chamber of Istanbul", "Turkish Association of Otorhinolaringology, Head and Neck Surgery", "Turkish Sleep Medical Association". Also he is the founder and a member of "Association of Freelance Physicians Working For Children” (www.hekimlervecocuk.com) He is the President of Health Commission of TÜGİAD (Association of Young Businessmen of Turkey).

Op. Dr. Sevtap Akbulut (Vocal Diseases Consultant)
Ear, Nose, Throat and Head & Neck Surgeon
She graduated the Medical Faculty at Hacettepe University. She worked as the physician of the village clinic and emergency unit’s physician in Develi district of Kayseri for approximately two years. In 1998 she started the specialization in Ear, Nose, Throat Clinic at the Education and Research Hospital of Kartal. As she completed her specialization in 2002, she started to work as chief assistant at the same hospital.

She participated in many courses and seminars related to the subject during his assistantship and expertise because of her special interest to the vocal diseases. She worked as the ear, nose, throat expert together with Prof. Dr. Steven Bielamowicz in the Vocal Treatment Center at George Washington University in the United States of America. She had special education at surgery treatment subjects in the vocal cord operations with microscope, vocal cord apoplexies, Botox applications to larynx, EMG of larynx, treatment of singers and professional vocal patients, vocal diseases.

She participated in many native, foreign courses and seminars, issued articles. She is one of the scientific arbiter of the magazine "Laryngoscope", one of the foremost medical issues of the scientific community of the Ear, Nose and Throat.

She is a member of "Doctor’s Chamber of Istanbul" and "Turkish Association of Otorhinolaringology, Head and Neck Surgery".
